Labour Day

Today is Labor Day or May Day, you can chose which one you prefer. Interesting that we still celebrate the day of work. It must have had some real meaning long time ago when after the feudalism the worker class was happy to find work in the opening factories. They were gathering in unions that protected their rights and celebrated Labour Day as something that had a  value for them.

These days, all lost its meaning. Why should we celebrate work? Those who have jobs they are happy when they have a day off, and the ones who are jobbless have nothing to be glad about :)
